ANASTASIIA SKOROPADSKA’S ESTATES IN KROLEVETS

Publications of the documents on history of the Cossack starostas, represented central government of the first half of the 18th century, remains an actual task nowadays. The author of the article introduces the estate documents related to Anastasiia Markovych (Skoropadska). These papers help to understand the relation between the Hetman’s wife and clarify, information about her wealth. The documents certify the purchase and sale agreement in real estate transactions indicating the price of the lands and crafts. The papers content shows the activity of Anastasiia Skoropadska and her relatives as landlords. It also indicates the previous owners’ property list compied in case of possible land trials. Some historical sources also contain indications as to the geography of that area, the area near the town of Krolevets. These papers give us clear information about the people enlisted in government of Krolivets during the 1710s.
