Анотація

Стаття присвячена порівняльному аналізу інформаційного простору двох масштабних ядерних аварій — на Чорнобильській АЕС (СРСР, 1986) та АЕС Три-Майл-Айленд (США, 1979). Автор досліджує комунікативні, медійні та психологічні аспекти подій, а також інформаційну політику обох країн щодо ядерних аварій. Значну увагу приділено рівню відкритості офіційної інформації, ролі державних органів і медіа у формуванні суспільної думки. Аналізуються методи контролю за інформаційними потоками в СРСР та США, відмінності у підходах до кризових комунікацій і механізми дезінформації. У контексті інформаційного впливу розглянуто психологічні аспекти: рівень паніки, довіру до влади й реакцію громадськості. Автор доходить висновку, що характер подачі інформації суттєво вплинув на сприйняття аварій, а отриманий досвід сприяв подальшій еволюції інформаційної політики й підходів до кризової комунікації в ядерній сфері.
