Анотація

У статті досліджено фактор Карпатської України у політиці великих держав Європи щодо формування політичної конфігурації в Центральній Європі наприкінці 1930-х років, після Мюнхенської конференції 30 вересня — 2 жовтня 1938 р. Здійснено аналіз процедури перегляду Сен-Жерменського і започаткування перегляду Тріанонського мирних договорів, що визначали міжнародний статус Карпатської України. Основну увагу приділено позиції Німеччини й Італії у питанні становища Карпатської Русі. Здійснено аналіз політико-правових умов, у яких українські державотворчі сили намагалися реалізувати право на самовизначення українського народу в Карпатській Русі.
